Shri Swapan Dhar

Managing Director

General Manager with State Bank of India and a seasoned banking leader with over 35 years of experience across rural, domestic, and international banking operations. Took charge as Managing Director of SBI Foundation on 1 January 2026. Earlier served as Deputy General Manager in the Internal Audit Department, Regional Manager of two regions, and led several high-profile branches. Mr. Pratyush Mehrotra

President & COO

A seasoned banking professional with over two decades of experience across domestic and international banking operations. Took charge as President & COO of SBI Foundation on 4 June 2026. Previously Deputy General Manager of the Bank's ESG & Climate Finance Unit, and earlier a DGM in the International Banking Group and Vice President (Trade Finance & Operations) at SBI Tokyo (2011–2016). Shri Sushil Kumar Verma

Chief Financial Officer & Administrator

Assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer & Chief Administrator at SBI Foundation on 1 February 2024, after an illustrious SBI career spanning over 28 years. Previously Branch Head at the South Extension Part II Branch, Delhi, with extensive experience across branch environments and a significant focus on rural and semi-urban communities.
